Made-to-Order Notice
Because each case is handcrafted after purchase, cancellations are permitted only within 12 hours of order placement.
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify:
- Product must be unused
- No signs of wear
- Original packaging included
- Return authorization required
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

- Used items
- Clearance products
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return instructions from our team
- Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Ship the item back according to the instructions provided
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
