1. Made-to-Order Production

All leather gun cases, rifle cases, Aprons and Knife Rolls are handcrafted to order.

Production begins after payment confirmation.
 Estimated production time: 7–8 business days.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in USD.
 We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

In the event of a pricing error:

  • If the correct price is lower, the lower amount will be charged.
  • If the correct price is higher, we will contact you before proceeding.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Free premium shipping within the United States.

Production Time: 7–8 business days
 Shipping Time: 5–6 business days
 Total Estimated Delivery: 12–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed carrier delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

4. Natural Leather Variation

Our products are made from genuine leather.

Natural grain patterns, texture differences, markings, and slight color variations are inherent characteristics of authentic leather and are not defects.

Product images are representative. Minor variations may occur.

5. Handcrafted Tolerance

Each item is individually handcrafted. Minor variations in stitching, finishing, or measurements (within reasonable production tolerance) are normal and do not qualify as defects.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original condition
  • Original packaging included
  • Return request must be approved prior to shipment

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective.

7. Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Frontier Leather Co. directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback.

In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to provide order records, tracking confirmation, IP logs, and delivery confirmation to financial institutions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming. Customers waive the right to participate in class-action proceedings.
